Ingredients:
-400g carrots -2 Tbsp chopped parsley -4CS olive oil -1CS harissa (you can replace it with paprika) -ground coriander -salt
-black pepper chopped garlic Boiled eggs (optional - for decoration) Black or green olives
Instructions:
-Start by cooking the carrots in boiling salted water.When they are cooked, drain them well and mash them with a fork.
-TAKE a frying pan and sauté for a few moments garlic with the crushed carrot, oil and carrot, and add the spices.
-garnish with boiled egg,olives and parsley and serve.
