Ingredients:
-200 g lamb liver cut in small cubes
-200 g lamb meat cut into cubes
-1.5 tbs tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons red pepper or paprika
-1 teaspoon coriander powder
-sat
-black pepper
-olive oil
-1 teaspoon cumin
-3 minced garlic cloves
-1 small minced onion
Instructions:
-in a pot on the stove top, put the olive oil , mince onion, tomato paste ,spices (EXCEPT THE CUMIN) and the liver and meat.
- mix and sauté the ingredients for about 5 min over low heat and stir constantly
-add 500 ml of hot water and let the sauce simmer for 20 min
-after 10 min , add the minced garlic to the simmering sauce
-once the sauce reaches the consistency you like , add cumin and let it cook for 2 min then remove the pot from the heat
-garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
