Roast chicken ''poulet roti''



ingredients:

- garlic
-room temperature butter
-olive oil
-rosemary and thyme
-salt
-black pepper
-turmeric
-pinch of paprika
-a touch of lemon

instruction:
-pat dry the chicken with paper towel
- combine all ingredients together and rub all over the chicken, under the skin and the cavity with a generous amount
-stuff the squeezed lemon half,herbs and garlic into the chicken cavity
-let it stand in room temperature for 1 hour to absorb the seasoning
-roast the chicken until cooked (1 hour 30 min 360 F/180 C )
-broil until golden and crispy
