ingredients:
-700 ml water
-130 g sorghum flour
-4 tablespoons sugar (add as much sugar as you want)
-2 tablespoons of geranium water
-roasted nuts
instructions:
-In a casserole, combine the water and the sorghum flour and place it over medium heat and stir constantly with a wooden spatula to prevent it from sticking.
-when the cream begins to thicken, add the sugar and geranium water.stir again until you reach the desired consistency (neither too liquid nor too compact.just creamy)
-let it cool for a few minutes , then garnish with roasted nuts and serve warm.
