Ingredients:
-500 g of sifted flour
-150 g cornstarch -300g room temperature butter -3 eggs -13 g baking powder -100g icing sugar
-1 can of condensed milk or nutella
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract or 16 g of granulated vanilla sugar
-crushed roasted almond or hazelnut (optional)
Instructions:
-Put the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker filled with water (cover the can with water),close and cook for 1 hour for caramelization
-in a large bowl,put the butter , icing sugar ,eggs and vanilla and mix well until you get a creamy mixture
-add the flour ,starch and baking powder and use your hands to incorporate all ingredients together until you get a cohisive dough.
-make small balls (7 g) or the size of walnut and put in the electric skillet or the shape pan that goes to the oven.
-mix the roasted nuts with caramel and stuff your walnut shaped cookies.
