This cocktail is a Tunisian no-bake dessert that combines fruits ,nuts and yoghurt. It is healthy and so yummy!


Ingredients:

- 6 flavored yoghurts (homemade yoghurt if you like)

-300g fruits cut into small cubes

-150g crushed toasted nuts of your choice ( almond, walnut, cashew ,peanut )

-fruit syrup

-honey

whipped cream (or sweetened mascarpone cream) or chocolate sauce (optional)

-crumbled biscuits (optional)


instructions:

- Pour the syrup on the inner walls of the glasses.

- place a first layer of crumbled biscuits or cookies at the bottom of the glasses

- Place a second layer of yoghurt .

- Place a third layer of fruits, then another layer of yogurt.

- Add another layer of fruits, then a layer of nuts. Repeat the layers and finish with a drizzle of honey.

- Add whipped cream or cover with chocolate sauce and finish with a new layer of nuts!
