Grilled salad ''mechouia''





Ingredients:

-4 tomatoes

-6 green peppers -1 onion -4 garlic cloves -olive oil - salt

-tuna

-olives

-1egg


Instructions:
- place the peppers,tomatoes,onion and garlic on a baking sheet in the oven and grill them (for a tasty flavour you'd better grill them on a barbecue) 

- Once the vegetables are grilled on all sides, peel the tomatoes and peppers and remove the seeds. Peel the onions and the garlic cloves as well. 

- chop them or blend them for 6 seconds 

- add salt and olive oil and stir them. 

- garnish with tuna and olives
