almond petits fours





ingredients:

-350g unpeeled almond flour
-150g icing sugar
-2 eggs (or 3 depending on the size)
-8 g granulated  vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-pinch of salt

instructions:
-preheat the oven to 360F
-combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a spatula then put the mixture in a pastry bag  and form small petits fours on a baking sheet and garnish with almonds
- put the baking tray in the oven 10-15 min until golden brown
