honey roasted nuts paste ''zrir''





Zrir is a typically sweet treat made of sesame , nuts , butter and honey . Such natural nutrient-dense ingredients make an amazing flavor.Just one tablespoon every morning can replace a glass of milk.Not only pregnant women are always recommended to eat zrir during pregnancy and after delivery but also kids every body need it.


Ingredients:



-350 g toasted sesame seeds

-350 g toasted walnuts (you can add toasted almond and pistachio.the more nuts you add ,the healthier and stronger your zrir will be)

-150 g natural butter

-300 g honey




Instructions:

-Faire moudre le sésame grillé au moulin ou au mixeur.


-grind the sesame seeds until you get a thick paste


-grind the toasted walnuts unti you get a thick paste as well


-place the butter in a saucepan over low heat and let it melt.remove the milk foam


-add the honey and mix


-add the the paste of nuts and mix with a wooden spatula over low heat for 2 min until you get a smooth and homogeneous paste.


-remove from heat and let the zrir cool.


-put the zrir in a jar
